50 Ways to Leave Your Company in Ruins
by Ian Young | at Minnebar 20
Every company is a mess, but no two of those messes are exactly the same. There are as many ways for your company to fail as there are colors in the rainbow, and I've seen a fuschia or two. Through 18 years in the tech industry, half of that freelancing, I've ridden a few sinking ships and some others that were taking on an awful lot of water. We'll take a retrospective of all the different ways a tech company can flounder, have some fun, and see if there's anything at all we can learn from it.
Bring a story about the most notable failure you've been a part of, and we'll have some time for sharing at the end.
