I’m a self-professed geek and raving fan of the twin cities tech ecosystem. With nearly two decades of experience spanning both agency and in-house talent acquisition, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the ever-evolving employment landscape. I’ve been featured on industry podcasts, served on a variety of expert panels and spoken both locally and nationally on a wide range of topics including job search best practices, resume writing, non-traditional candidate sources, diversity recruiting, student engagement and professional networking. My true passion lies in community building and supporting those job seekers who are far too often overlooked.

I also talk about bicycles. A lot. Whatever amount you’re imagining, it’s more than that.
