She's been the person translating big ideas into working systems, driving company-wide initiatives from vision through execution and delivery, always asking "how are we going to do that" and being the person to find the answers and rally the team. Now she works across a portfolio of clients serving small businesses whose executives need to get out of the weeds and empower the talented teams they hired.
