For my 2+ decades helping grow teams one of the most overlooked parts of an effective recruiting function is the role leaders, hiring managers and senior team members play in attracting, interviewing and hiring their new teammates.
While part of my consulting work, I have not done this as a “formal” session and want to debut it at Minnebar.
