Bio

I've been working as a systems developer since 1998 and have worked in several industries over the years. I've been at a company that was focused on search engine marketing, I've worked for the state government, online education, development consulting and an interactive agency.

I've also developed and worked on a wide array of software. I've built custom CMSs and implemented purchased enterprise CMS solutions. I've worked on and around large internal ERP systems and built software that automates the criminal charging process. I have progressed from developer to architect to team manager and change agent with organizations.

Over the last 3 years, I have been focused on building a Marketing Technologies team and implementing agile development practices for Capella University, an online based education company.
