Description

Sonic Pi is a live coding music creation and performance software. It allows people to learn how to code and how create music at the same time. It can be used by musicians from a beginner to professional level. More information on their website: https://sonic-pi.net/

Content

This talk is going to include basics on the software and reasons why you would want to use it to create music and use it as a live performance tool. My hope is to get people interested in playing around with the software and potentially build a local community of musicians to trade techniques, samples, and ideas.
