Bio
I am a design researcher and strategist passionate about understanding how services and products can be better experiences for those who depend on them. My areas of expertise are surfacing insights to inform the strategy and design and evaluating the impact and implementation of programs and products.
I have supported innovation through design research across tech and social services industries including civic tech, mental health care, edtech, education programs, and legal tech. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and English from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University.
