Marilyn Williams is a connector. She connects employees and customers to the business through partnerships and effective management of projects supporting strategy, execution, customer experience, and innovation. She is a trusted business partner for transformational leaders. She excels at working cross-functionally with all levels gaining influence and alignment by delivering results. She is a skilled communicator able to synthesize and deliver complex information to diverse audiences. She is driven through her innate curiosity, continuous learning, and forward-thinking ability. Marilyn was most recently an Executive Assistant to the President of NDC Technologies. Prior to that she served as an Executive Assistant at UnitedHealth Group, program manager for a D&I consulting company, a Senior Project Manager, with the Employer & Individual Division at UnitedHealthcare. Earlier in her career, Marilyn gained experience in project management, strategic partnerships, executive administration, public affairs, and corporate communications during her 20+ years at Best Buy and learned about the public sector during her time at Minnesota Management & Budget.
